Control Union is a global service provider for producers and industries in the soy and corn supply chains, officially approved by the Round Table on Responsible Soy Association (RTRS). We offer certification services for both the Production Standard and the RTRS Chain of Custody, meeting the specific needs of farmers, industries and other organizations involved in the soy supply chain. This helps strengthen our commitment to sustainability and adds commercial value to certified operations.
Founded in 2006 in Zurich, Switzerland, the Round Table on Responsible Soy (RTRS) is an international non-profit association that promotes the growth of production, trade and use of responsible soy.
Who can obtain RTRS Certification?
RTRS Certification is available to soy producers – small, medium and large – who meet the requirements set out in the RTRS Production Standard. To make the process more accessible to small producers, it is possible to obtain certification through a group of producers, which allows costs to be reduced. In addition, organizations in the soy supply chain can also be certified through the RTRS Chain of Custody Standard, which assures buyers that the products they purchase come from responsible practices.
